Sorry for late reply, been a little bit poorly. Think it could be due to the stress of everything.
There maybe some good news!
A house I wanted to rent but couldnt afford has been reduced by a £100 so am looking into that. It is much bigger, has views to open fields, so I might not have to re-home!
Going through so much grief with the thought of loosing them. I cant do it!

Thanks so much for helping & advice. X

oooh Glad you can help Kelly.
In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

Hi just to let you know we will not pay for these ragdolls though. We may even be able to foster them for a short time if needed until you can find better housing but talk to Helen about it.

Please take a look at www.ukrcc.co.uk

We foster and rehome ragdolls.

I am so sorry to hear about this. Having 4 ragdolls of my own I understand how hard this must be for you.

It is totally normal for you to feel as you do. I would be totally heartbroken.

I hope you can find a way to be able to keep youre cats together.

This must be so sad for you, I take it the landlord knows the situation? I know a lot of landlords are happy to amend rules a bit - my flat was meant to be no pets but we've been allowed 4 fishtanks, 2 cats and a hamster!!

I think it may be more of a problem selling than rehoming adult cats. What a horrible situation - I can't imagine parting with mine

I cant really see what trouble another 3 cats are going to cause, silly landlord rules again.

What are her reasons for not letting the other 3 move in?

Maybe if you offer more bond she might change her mind?

what an absolute nightmare for you ,  I am so sorry. Can you not board them temporarily with someone until you are more settled and then squirrel them back in? I'm sure most neighbours don't know whether there are 4 or 7 cats in a house. Maybe when you get to know your new neighbours one of them will help if the landlord threatens a visit.

I have a real dilemma to deal with which I hope you maybe able to help with.

I have sold my house due to financial problems due to my chronic illness & unable to work, resulting in having to go into rented accommodation.

Landlords don’t always take kindly to tenants having cats. The house I have found said she will accept 4 of my pedigree cats but not the 7 I have.

I love them with all of my heart & it hurts so much to even have to think of re- homing, but I know that its what has to happen.

All my cats are spoilt unbelievably & proud to admit it. All have premium foods & a luxury life style. My cats are absolutely every minute of my life!

I have 2 Ragdolls 3 yr olds, both registered, micro chipped & neutered. I feel that they would benefit from homing together and need one to one attention with no other cats or children in the household.

Hugo is a Blue Colour Point huge cat with quiet calm nature, not a lap cat but loves play & sleeping with you. He has had access to the outside in a safe environment. He loves sleeping outside in the sun on a lovely day.

Lillie is a Seal colour tiny timid little girl who would love solely your attention & loves feather toys. She does like to go for a walk with you & shouts at your side. Again, like Hugo is not a lap cat but once she has got used to you she will sit by your side. You will require patience with her nature as she will need lots of reassurance to feel safe & trusting.
She has enjoyed the freedom to go outside but never wonders off for long. Never, ever been out at night & would require reassurance that this would not happen.

They do need grooming every other day to prevent matting but hate you going near their tails. You must be prepared to continue with this.

It breaks my heart to have to do this & feel that no-one can look after them like I do. Is this a ‘normal’ feeling??? I feel ill! It’s like having to give away a child!

If there is anyone you know who is totally devoted to buy 2 beautiful Raggies would you please let me know. Or would welcome any advice.

Many thanks
