MUM AND KITTENS HAVE A HOME

Fingers crossed. The last two lots of 3 cats we have had come in together have fortunatley been able to be split up, and all have gone separately.

That's a lovely story! 

I rehomed 3 kittens to the same lady just before Christmas. They were ferals I had tamed. What she didn't know at the time is that the remaining sibbling wouldn't come near my trap and it took a further 2 months of trapping to get him. When I finally caught him, he proved to be a right old fusspot, the most loving of the lot, and will probably be a biggest mummy's boy in Kent. The lady that took his brother and sisters heard about him via Catchat and she insisted on having him to reunite him with his siblings so he wouldn't be alone anymore. Isn't it just marvelous when people have such kind hearts!

We had it once last year, when someone came to look at the remaining kittens of a litter and just couldn't leave mum on her own!

I wrote on the site:- Sophie  aged about 1 yr adorable and loving, her daughters Polly & Tilly (named indirectly because they and their mum Sophie are polydactyl  cats otherwise as known as Hemingway cats as they were one of the great loves of Ernest Hemingway) are approx 11 weeks old. They came in as strays Mum is very loving & sociable the girls are still a little wary but although they have only been with us for a few days at the time of writing this they are already settling in very well  we think they will turn into little angels !!
We would love to home all 3 together if at all possible as they love each other. But would consider splitting the little ones from mum if it was really necessary to ensure a good home. Mum will be spayed and we would be willing if all 3 were adopted together to pay for the kittens to be spayed when they are old enough

Oh that's wonderful Ela ....so pleased for Mum and Kittens

Last weeks we took in a mum and 2 kittens, aged about 12 weeks. As those in rescue know it is often difficult to home 3 together but as mum seems to love the kittens, and I could not bear the thought of parting them I decided I would give it a couple of weeks. Today I had a number of requests for the kittens but told everyone that I wanted to give it a couple of weeks just to see if someone would give them a chance. Tonight a lovely family went for a cat (Izzy on the site) but said they would like mum and kittens as although they thought Izzy was wonderful they said that they could see mum and babes loved each other and would like to give them the chance to stay together.
