I am absolutely stunned!

Our first lot of mice has sold for £25.75. I know it was a Purrs member, but I won't name the person in case they don't want me to. But we're all so, so grateful that the launch has been such a fantastic success!  :naughty:

Thank you so much - you know who you are!

One good thing to do is set up a "feed a cat" listing with a "buy it now" of 99p or something as hopefully, loads of people can manage to donate 99p. PB will do this once it is up & running but they don't allow you to list BIN until you have a rating of 10+
DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

Corporal Smokey

You don't need Paypal as Missionfish take care of all that.  :naughty: All you need to do is fax them a paying-in slip with your branches bank account details on and they set it up themselves. As you can see, as a branch we're spanking new to all this so I can't really say how successful it will be. £22 for a pair of mice is awesome, though.  :Luv2: But if you do a bit of research, you soon realise some CP branches and other charities are doing really well out of Ebay.

Ideally, we'd love a support shop but we don't have the required capital behind us. Barmy ruling, that, if you ask me!  :shify:

Feel free to quote anything or ask away.

Great work you two!

Two questions: Please can I use you as an example in our next CP meeting please? This is exactly what I'm trying to get our branch to do. Secondly, and feel free to not answer this or answer via PM but how did you get a PayPal account approved by CP HQ?

Sorry, I know I'm totally being a stuck record but this is a big ol' mission I'm on at the mo.

Also, loving the free postage incentive and the £22 catnip bid

Crossposted!

Thanks to the efforts of Pinkbear we are now on Ebay....More stuff to be added when we get time. But check the link out every now again...

 The link is http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=110228621738&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=001

If you are a registered Ebay seller, this means you can now donate part or all the proceeds of the items you sell to us and the money will go straight into our accounts, where it is sorely needed to pay those growing vet bills. Simply list your items using the standard Ebay listings page and click on the charity icon before you submit your final listing. A pop-up box will prompt you to choose a charity from the Missionfish directory. You will find us on page 6 in the letter 'C' section. Click select and away you go! You can choose to donate anything from 5% to 100% of the final sale price.

If you don't have an EBay account but still have items you would like to donate, please get in touch as we can sell them via our own account. Items should obviously be of a saleable condition, nothing electrical or dangerous and obviously not too big or expensive to post.

If you would like to view the items we currently have listed (we are going to do more when we all have more time), simply search EBay for the membership details of 'canterburycatsprotection'

Not sure this is the right section to put this one but i am sure someone will tell me if its not..!

Regards
Sharon
