Okay I am really unimpressed with these!!

I emailed them to get an order update as I ordered on Sunday night and not heard anything from them re: dispatch/proposed delivery date.

I emailed them to get a reply saying that they dont have any in stock and I can upgrade to others if I like............. but they didnt  :censored: bother contacting me to ask me that or inform me that I would have to wait.

Not really impressed. Especially as postage was 6.99 and they are just messing around and leaving me waiting  >:(

I've used them before, but I've gone in to purchase as they are just up the road from me.

Can recommend the Ancol Fat Boy Scratching Post, my boy loves it  ;D

I have one of those it's the best thing ever! Smokey hugs it and climbs it like a big tree. You can sit on it too when you run out of chairs. If you like discomfort and a crazed persian climbing your leg every ten minutes that is...  :evillaugh:

I have just placed an order with them for three automatic feeders - they were really cheap but postage is a bit of a stinger - £6.99! Oh well they still worked out at £10 each - hope they come soon - will let you know what delivery is like.

I ordered them on.... Sunday evening I think  :um:

Yes I've used them online before, their prices are often pretty competitive too. I received my orders ok.

I haven't shopped with them but when I got my platinum drinkwell from vetuk? the plug was damaged. They said they would send a new one. When it arrived, it had a sticker from Surrey Pet Supplied on the box. So I assume VetUK buy them wholesale from there?

PS - I have given up buying scratchposts as the last one I bought is now in a CP foster pen - none of mine were remotely interested  :evillaugh:

DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain
