Normal teething would cause swelling/pinkness. They may want to test him for Calichi virus, is his nose runny?

he cold be teething but it might be worth asking the vet to check him out (especially considering the poorly nose).
In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

I, too would take him to the vet.  Good luck and hope it is just something related to his teething.  Happy New Year

Hi folks
Just need a touch of advice sox is know 5 months old and i have noticed he has what i can only describe as a mouth ulcer on his gum. His gums are nice healthy and pink its been there for a week now and hasn't changed in size or colour. Could this be because he's teething he's still eating fine. you may remember sox has sufferered from a sore nose since we got him at first it went away on it own but latley it seems to be staying longer with no signs of getting better and is sore to touch. do you think they could be linked and should i take him to the vet
