Thank you, well I'm not sure exactly because I did it over several days and weeks really, not all in one go, but several hours.

Thats an extremely lovely portrait of Tiger.

After winning the bid for a portrait this year i hope that Leo and Bella are good subjects for another amazing portrait... and i am so glad the money went to a good cause. i was determined to get a portrait sorted out in the new year of my two, but his way i have managed to do both and feel good about it..
Cannot save the world, but if everyone does something we can have a jolly good job trying too....

that is brilliant Gillian - how are you on torti's!!

Well I've only painted one tortie so far - my Elsa, who was a dilute tortie!

:omg: Gillian that is gorgeous! Well done you! :cheer: :cheer: Maybe you should be earning some money for this - you could raise a fortune doing pet portaits!

:thanks: I'd like to, now I've got my website up and running (well not finished yet, but the first few pages are in the Links section and will be adding more to it soon)

That is absolutely stunning, do you paint for a living Gillian? If not why not ?

I wish LOL! one day maybe.

Helen won this at last year's auction - hmmm!,  just sorry it took so long to get to her, but this year's been a bit of a write-off in one way or another LOL!  It was actually finished some while back, then I finally got it mounted, and then framed, and then sent yesterday. Mind you I've been panicking today as it was supposed to get to Helen before 1pm, but it didnt actually arrived till about 2.30pm!!! I can't tell you how many times I  tracked the parcel on the royal mail website to see if it had arrived!!!!

Thanks for the nice comments everyone  :thanks: I'm so glad you like it Helen, its been lovely working from such a brilliant photo of her  :Luv2: - have you got it on the wall yet?!!!

Just wanted to show off not only my little girl but also Gillian's amazing artwork.  Here's the pastel portrait of Tiggy that Gillian did for me, I'm absolutely thrilled with it and can't wait to give it pride of place on the wall.

 :thanks: Gillian
