In ans to all  I find feeding her gives her energy shes not one to finish her bowl so give her her wet feed early evening with dry down any other time.  Yes def spayed had to take her to vets in when i first got her as she was picking at the stitches.

Shes fine now no health probs in fact her fur looks way better since i have been feeding her 7+  Purina one dry chicken which she really likes trying her James WLB fish type light 7+ dry tonight wasn't expecting her to take to it but she has  :Luv:

She has never been out side came from a breeder who never let her out

She was bullied by the other cats where she came from so I'm thinking now she has has finally setled and she is not used to being alone i don't think she ever has been

Have you had her checked out by a vet to see if there is a medical reason for this but maybe she was an outdoor cat who used to hunt at night.

Oh dear Bluecat!

This would definitely drive me crazy. It must be so hard to ignore her.  Do you completely ignore her or do you occcasionally give in?  Be honest ;)

You say she has been with you since September. Is she an indoor cat, previously allowed outside by any chance? Apart from that, BC's suggestion sounds just right.

try putting the cushion on the bed. Otherwise, try feeding her shortly before you retire - I find a full tummy settles Smidgen and Esther when they are full of energy late at night.

mary has gone from scaredy cat to atention seeking not that im complaining well a good nights sleep would be nice

Mary keeps howling at night this has gone on for three weeks my bedroom door is always open and ive tried before picking her up and putting her on the bed but she got straight off.
She did hop onto the bed once to wake me up she was under the bed and couldnt get out to use the litter tray as the door was almost closed  :Luv:  She sleeps on the old sofa cushion on the sofa and howls for me to come
I have ignored her for 2 and half weeks at least to see if that works i need sleep  :tired:  any ideas ?
