Desley

Thats what was on the bidding thread and why I locked this one, anything needs to go on the other thread now  sooooooooooooo relocked sorry

I need this thread to slip to the bottom out of the way of the auction bid threads as the auction is now over.

Thread unlocked as it isn't part of the bidding, it is to see who would be up for it.

'zackly

I'm thinking maybe £8 or so each?

So if 4 of us do it it'd be £32 for Ron... or if we can manage £10 (may be tricky for me, depends when) then £40.

Yes there is.  ;D The idea is to bid £x per person so Ron gets e.g. 4 times what the bid is if 4 people are involved.  Just waiting on a reply from Mischief and Kayto as to whether she is really prepared to travel so far before we get down to the serious bidding (worried that we may rather have steamrollered her into something she never really intended)  :innocent:

I'm vegetarian too and a complete 'spicy coward' to boot, but as we're cooking it ourselves (with instruction) it should be possible to avoid anything that'd give someone the screaming heebie-jeebies.

Happy to come to manchester, but with christmas so close, weekends being busy, if the lesson happens in manchester, would people mind if it happened in january rather than december?? :-:

If it was online or near shrewsbury , i would be happy to do the lesson in december.

I've only just spotted your post Becca.  I'd be more than happy to make it a joint effort. It would be more fun that way and Ron would benefit too if we pooled our bids.

I thought it might be handy if those of us who'd be up for getting together to do this had a chance to formulate a bit of an 'action plan'.

On the map for Greater Manchester I see Susanne, Carol, Kelly, myself (Becca), Tab and Lyn-Su.

I'm pretty sure there are others who haven't gone on the map yet.

As previously mentioned I've got a couple of spare rooms if anyone from outside Manchester wants to come and join in the fun  ;D

That assumes, of course, that we win the lot...
