How to set up Amazon account for charity

Well, the title says it all really  ;D

I want to set up an Amazon account for a rescue centre. The intention is to then get a Wish List up and running. For anyone who is interested, the centre concerned is Sheila's, I have said I will try to sort this out for her - but have no idea where to start  :-[
