Many thanks to you all  (using member name)  Susanne, Cherry24, Judecat and JenGeorgieBob for helping tonight with the closing work on the auction   


For Susanne, Cherry24 -
Ok once 8pm arrives our job is to post on every item thread the winner post which is the whole post below. It's best to have this post on one window and the forum auction section in another window so you can copy and paste it into each item. we then change 3 things in the copied post to suit - the winners name, the final bid amount and the auctioneers name. These are marked in blue when posted.

So
- Open an an item thread and click reply button
-Paste in all the below text inside the section below
- change the winners name, the amount and auctioneers name to match the info in each item
- and post your reply
Done

Susanne please start at the bottom of the auction page
Cherry24 please star in middle
and I will start from top
 

Judecat - please could you go through and check each winners post we three do is correct with the right winners name , amount and auctioneers name.

The money must be paid and any cheques cleared before the item is sent from the auctioneer.

Please post on this thread once you have sent a payment and again when you have received the item. Thanks.

Thanks for auctioning the item and for covering the postage cost so more funds go to Lost cats rescue cats . :hug: :thanks:   

It's the auctioneer’s responsibility to guarantee the auctioned item is posted to the winning bidder.

The winning bidder must pay the winning bid before you send off the auction item.
[color=red]Important - Please wait until Purrs staff have posted in this thread confirmation that the winner has paid,  before dispatching the item. [/color] Please obtain a proof of posting on dispatch.
