This is the message I had from my contact today
"There is a very small problem and that is that my colleague in our subscriptions department has been on holiday. She is back tomorrow and once she has set the iMag subscription up, it will be instant access for Cherry.
Also the iMag subscription will obviously run for the one year as promised so Cherry will not lose anything with the few days delay."
I hope you don't have to wait much longer.
