Awww our babies safe and happy.  :Luv: I'm delighted and not a little emotional.  :)

Thank you, Paula, for all you've done not just in adopting these needy cats from us but also the help and support you've given.  :thanks: :grouphug:

That goes equally and just as emotionally to everyone who has contributed to our cause.  :wow: The web page and justgiving appeals are doing well  :thanks: and we have mini celebrations here for every single £ raised.  :happy dance:

This week we have found homes for KIng Bob Cat, and Johnny has gone to the adoption centre where the handsome and super cat daddy Malcolm will make sure he gets the best chance of a fabulous home.  :Luv2: Two feral adults relocated to safe environments outside London and two more  TNR neuters completed locally.  :)

As far as the team goes, Tad and Mark soldier on keeping this ship afloat  :thanks: and three new volunteers came to our branch meeting this week. If they still love the idea of CP when they've been inducted we will have a new Treasurer, Social Media manager and Trapper. Woohoo!

 :chicken: :chicken: :chicken:

And we have a new fosterer on board, the lovely Marina joins our happy band and is taking the equally lovely Florence and her 4 bouncing babies from me tomorrow  ;D I couldn't be more pleased.

That's a lie.

I am more pleased

But

 :secret:
WE HAVE THE VET TENDER RESULT
But I can't tell you any more. But I'm pleased, very pleased with the outcome.  ;)

4 Kittens ready now ---lets get this party started!

Sorry that Merlin is a bit out of focus, it's a bit difficult to take a photo and fuss at the same time. He loves his new Meouwmy and not Meouwmy and follows us around all the time. I don't have a very big lap so he decided yesterday that he would lie with his bum on the paper I was trying to read and half on me

Why do cats always lie on the paper when you are trying to read it :P :evillaugh:

Found a nice one of Pirate nicking Merlin's fud :evillaugh:, nawtey kitten, of course some that wasn't medicated. ;D

Merlin decided that as he is too big to be a lap cat yesterday morning he would be a halfway lap cat.

Then Pippa being nosy when I was doing summat with the plants on the pasting table.

I'll get a Pirate one tomorrow.

LOL Miss JT and I love Lily's bed, very stylish ;)

The flying kitty photo is brilliant too, I want the really spotty tabby by the sofa, and the one nearest the front corner of the sofa, oops! forgot for a moment I am already at my kitty limit

Por KFC kittens living in that, and poor you two/three having to get them out. Give yourselves a pat on the back.

Good news that the kittens are gaining weight now. :Luv2:

Merlin is doing really well now re the other cats, I really think that he and Bob are going to be pals, she is fascinated by him, although she hisses if he gets too close, she will approach him and they do touch noses if she initiates the contact, OH put some leftover sausage in Merlin's bowl this morning, which he wasn't interested in - until he saw Bob getting stuck in! She hunched herself over the bowl, growling for all she was worth, amazing how she can eat and growl at the same time :evillaugh:, in the end she ran away a few feet with the biggest bit still growling while he mopped up the rest.

Hello fur Gang

Miss JT Rescued last August 2015

Her back ground story – Miss JT was found as a stray, 8 month old kitten with a bit of an attitude, she was quite aggressive and often attacked, she didn’t like to be cuddled or picked up.  :P
A search for her owner started and after no luck she was placed for adoption, but due of her aggressive behaviour she wasn’t placed and became a fixture in the house and stayed. ;)
After 6 months of being kept indoors she was allowed out and since then she won’t stay indoors, regardless of the weather she just wants to be outside and free to do her own thing  8)
This is how she repays me !!!   :censored: Enjoy the video #naughtytortie

Afternoon Fur Gang

Here is something very special for you  :wow: Here are some of Waltham Forest Kittens that are being fostered by our Lovely Emma

Hold on to your hats!!!  :evillaugh:

There are only 6 individuals used here Leia the mummy and her 5 kittens. It took around 6 hours to shoot and put this together (making sure we didn't stress them out, although we got quite hot and bothered chasing them around lol) I must stress that none of the kittens were 'thrown in the air' or anything like it and they're all completely happy, well fed and loved. To create the 'flying' kittens we held them about the width of a hand above a cushion and let them plop down. The rest was created in photoshop. Enjoy!

Little Johnny has adopted the KFC kittens as his mini Robins, fair worn them out this morning!  :Luv2:

Further weight gains overnight from everyone in Florence's brood, and this morning one baby opened an eye - it was Muffin, Gods love her, the smallest and now the first to see her Granny Sheila  :Luv:

Poor Johnny. I hope he gets his forever home soon. I did try to suggest Mr Bruce needed a Robin, but that didn't go down with OH. Paws crossed for the little sweety.

Glad there has been some weight gain! Hope it continues and poor Florence in this heat! Glad it seems to be cooling down.

It's good news, 12g doesn't sound like a huge gain but for little Muffin its 10% of her body weight and Cupcake gained 15g!

I think the heat is slowing down Florence, she's much happier today, purring and eating properly now. Hopefully as the temperatures drop today we will see some real progress. Nutmeg seems nice and strong.  Gingersnap is now a whopping 170g, he's going to be a real bruiser!

Sadly the home for little Johnny fell through and I fear we have now lost his adoption space whilst waiting for the adopter to make his mind up, so... Here's Johnny!

Thanks everyone.  Florence is doing really well with the bigger two kittens but the two smaller ones Muffin and Cupcake are still not gaining as they should.  :scared: Soooo hot here, I've got the air conditioning running all day to keep her cool but she's still very uncomfortable. :phew:

If there's no weight gain this morning we are all off to the vet.

Good progress from the hiss spits though, even little Felix allows me to pick him up for minimal cuddles before going off like a tiny firecracker.  :Luv: This is his sister, Liitle Lisa, the prettiest cat with the most appalling language!
