Just wanted to blow my own little trumpet and say my begging and cajoling is going VERY well this year .... we have some WONDERFUL new corporate sponsors who have donated some fab items.

you are confusing me.... the wind is cold today and there is auction talk!
maybe sellers should consider other postal companies? we have switched to a courier for our ebay items. there are some courier companies that work out much cheaper than the PO. probably worth looking at nearer the time?

Yay!! This is absolutely amazing news... thank you everyone so, so much

To start the foundation from scratch less than a year ago, and to have so much support is just fantastic! I'm very excited!!

I'll also get some bits from our business for auction items, too. We have lots of cat and kitten bits.

Agreed the postage situation needed to be looked at, and this seems a sensible proposition, the "sellers" know they need to bear this cost in mind when choosing their items.

OK People of Purrs we are doing things a little different this year!

First the announcement of the place that the money is going to.............FERAL AND STRAY FOUNDATION run by Marleymoo aka Liz

We think that the money will help so much and that the job Liz is doing is amazing

This of course applies to all rescues and wish we could have many other big fund raising thing for all of you in a year, we already have planned who will get the money in 2014!

Next and Susanne and/or Tan will be posting more on this.................the changes in postal rates in Aug have threatened to kill off our precious auction, so a change to how the P&P will work has been made.

This year only the auctioneers will pay the P&P so we hope that this will bring in more and bigger bids from those of you playing in our auction

So the last bit of this message from me is , please save some stunning things for the auction, small and flatish will be cheaper to send so beare in mind the new horrific postal rates,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Susanne will tell you all about this.
