:Luv: She is a proper little cutie, I don't think she will be waiting long for a new home.

Thanks for clarifying that, I did think that was what you meant hence why I asked if you'd done that  - before pointing you to my first post which explained what direct homing meant  ;D

sorry people - yes we did ask about direct rehoming and waiting list but we told those we quite long, hence I'm trying it this way - the little cat is fine with other cats - we used to have an older cat and she was OK - she seems quite timid

Ahhhh, gotcha. I think it was just that in the first post  that part might have been skim read. ;)

How's this girl with other cats?

I was just pointing the original poster back to my first post in case she didn't read it all correctly .

I wasn't sure whether the poster was answering my question - that she'd asked for direct homing or, that she didn't know what it was so I was checking  :)

Probably, but if it was missed it doesn't hurt to clarify something.  ;)

If there was some confusion about Direct Rehoming I explained it in my original post  :)

Direct rehoming is where they put your cats details on the site but the cat stays in your care until a home's found.

She sounds lovely.

Have you asked to go on a waiting list or about direct homing?

Hi, sorry you need to home your lovely girl.

Have you contacted rescues in the area? as they will do any necessary checks to ensure a safe, suitable loving home is found:

http://www.catchat.org/adoption/yorksw.html

There's a good chance that most will be full (especially with kittens right now) but you would need to ask to go on a waiting list and/or ask for a 'direct homing' where your cat stays with you whilst a suitable home is found.

Best of luck.

Dear All

I can make this into really long story but I'll keep it short, our little funny cat, a girl, needs a new but fantastic new home. We have had an incident with our dogs and the cat a few weeks ago - which was dreadful - we try so hard to keep everybody apart but it went wrong! We just cannot take the risk again!

We would like her to be safe, with no dogs to scare her anymore.

We found her as a kitten in our barn 3 years ago, she was born without a tail and just has cute stub that wiggles. She is black and white and the most gorgeous little build cat EVER. She does have quite spectacular hind legs and is extremely muscly. She is pretty much nocturnal, outdoor cat, and sleeps/hangs about most of the day.

I know it a big ask for anybody to take on a new cat but please consider her! We love her dearly and even though we have build cat flaps absolutely everywhere we just don't want to run the risk of something more serious happening. We woud like her to have a home with lots of cuddles, outdoor space, some mice that need catching etc..

She is microchipped, spayed and 6weeks ago had her boosters, has been flue treated and will come with loads of food, a tent, basket and all the stuff you need.

Please get in touch if you need photos: iNeedANewHome@rfcnm.co.uk
