This beautiful girl had no one interested in her for 6 months, then suddenly we had 4 offers of homes  ;D

All being well she will be off to her new home on Thursday to be spoilt rotten  :)

Not quite so grumpy any more  :)

Lola has blossomed into a loving, purry ball of fluff  :Luv2:

She is still looking for her forever home.

:Luv2: she's gorgeous and sound great!

She'll make a wonderful pet in time, in my experience the difficult ones turn out to be the most loving (it's all a front  :evillaugh:)

This is Lola  :)

Don't let the photo fool you, she is a smiling assassin  :evillaugh:

We don't have any history for her, she was a stray that was being fed along with some ferals, sadly one of these was found to have full blown FIV. Lola has tested negative and our vet has estimated her to be 6 years old. Her coat was in quite good condition despite her living rough, she had some mats but she has had these clipped off. One of her eyes is flu damaged but other than that she is in good health. She was a real Jekyll and Hyde character when she came to us, and her unpredictable nature means she cannot be homed with young children. She is slowly coming round and loves being fussed, but she is still very wary and we can only assume she has not been treated well  :( She will need a patient and experienced owner, and we feel she would prefer to be the only cat in the household.

If you can offer the home Lola needs to enable her to trust people again, please phone 0300 456 8500 and select Cumbria or take a look at our website http://www.bluecross.org.uk/2574/Adopt-a-cat.html
