Well, its been a week and still not one sighting of her  :'(

No response from my flyers and i went to every shelter and vets with photographs yesterday, with no joy sadly. I'm very much thinking the worst as a lovely little cat in my area was very cruelly killed in October last year. http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/ribblevalley/4702708.Evil_Ribble_Valley_thugs_kill_cat_and_cut_off_tail/#commentsList.
His owners only lived around the corner from me, not really sure how anyone recovers from this, if they ever caught the people who could do such a thing i hope they would go with the 'eye for an eye' school of thought.
Still desperately trying to remain positive.

Thank you for all your well wishes, i really hope she comes back soon  :(
Its been a week tomorrow which i know is not a massive amount of time in the great scheme of things, but i am missing my little girl. I tried standing in the garden at night and just listening to see if i could hear her trapped anywhere and i've walked around the streets where i live, i think i'm going to have to start looking a bit further than i have been. I did my leaflets on thursday and have heard nothing. I put the contents of my hoover outside and her blanket with one of my tshirts and i just have to keep praying i guess!
Thanks again, it really means alot to know people care.

I'm sorry to welcome you to Purrs at a time of such worry, JennyLynn.  Keep leafletting and keep positive: I hope little Puddles soon comes padding back home as if nothing had happened.

Thank you. I've done a leaflet drop, every house on the estate knows she is missing, put a poster up in the local post office and at the nearest vets, told pet log and the RSPCA also. I've been searching the streets every night to see if i can hear her or if she is stuck. I'm finding it difficult but trying to remain positive. She is like my child substitute so i am completely lost without her, putting off making the call to environmental health but i know i'm going to have to eventually.
The article on visualisation was good http://www.catchat.org/visualize.pdf, i did find that a help. Fingers Crossed she will turn up and not have a clue what all the fuss is about.

PLEASE HELP

My cat Puddles has been missing since Sunday 6th Feb 2010. She is neutered and chipped and was wearing a silver collar with a name tag on it when i last saw her. I'm very worried about her as she has never been away for so long and i miss her terribly.
She is almost a year old, quite small for her age and is all black.
