She put us through hell to be honest as Gem left her with us for safe keeping after Gem and her siblings Star, Cairo and Shanghai died of FIP and I spent many moments in tears thinking of this

Her Daddy cursed a lot but now she is home she isn't going out to play till the summer when she can lead the fab 4 in games but not up trees!

I will post a piccie of her tree later in the week when I'm not working!

Well her Beijingness showed me the back door with tail set in full fluffy mode as if to say I can go out to play - No says her Mummy and she is duly grounded and was all curled up with Jet, Turbo, Aztec and maya on my side of the bed with electric blanket set at 3 for 12 hours! ;D

The ladders are thanks to Harvey who spent 3 days up a tree howling in 2006 just after we moved here again also in very minus temps!

Thankyou for all your come home vibes they seem to work some just take a bit longer to come back!

If she was awke Beijing would send head rubs and lots of purrs - she also will need to learn to yowl! ;)

You must be so relieved!

Stangely enough we don't usually walk the dogs that way in the wood but both ran that way and wouldn't come back!

Robin is currently nursing a bruised back, shin and elbow and a cut ear

The dogs' keen ears or noses must have detected her.  I hope Robin is OK: a warm (not hot) bath for him!

Well we decided to go for a walk in the woods with the dogs who after about 20 mins got all excited at a fur tree -

.. normally known as a fir tree but under the circumstances you're spot on

we are so pleased to be able to say Baby gorgeous is home safely as we have had temps down to minus 12 for the last 5 days -

That has been uppermost in my mind - not the best time to be stuck up a tree.  You must be overjoyed.  I hope Robin's injuries aren't too painful.

Well we decided to go for a walk in the woods with the dogs who after about 20 mins got all excited at a fur tree - 30 feet up Robin thinks no birds nest but lo and behold our baby gorgous - stuck 30 feet up a tree in a v section.

Oh now proceed s to rush back for ladder (he bought one after harveys tree climb - 80 foot he stayed for 3 days till the tree surgeon intervened!) he gingerly places ladder on a slope with a frozen pnd at base and goes up he thinks she is dead so scruffs her to bring her down - she wakes up about 5 foot from the bottom 0- Robin dropeed her and fell of the ladder and landed on the frozen pond - me so concerned about both took of after Beijing as she rushed towards home - she is now safely ensconced on the cat room bed electric blanket having demolished half a bottle of cat milk and a bowl of gourmet!

Stangely enough we don't usually walk the dogs that way in the wood but both ran that way and wouldn't come back!

Robin is currently nursing a bruised back, shin and elbow and a cut ear but we are so pleased to be able to say Baby gorgeous is home safely as we have had temps down to minus 12 for the last 5 days - she is also grounded until further notice!
