:welcome: Pat from another newbie from Lanarkshire.   I cannot recall which Cat protection place I got my Ms Mols from, but it was a smashing lady called Katriona who lives down in Dalself - is this she part of your organisation?   Couldn't fault her -  I wanted 2 wee kittens,  which she had, but also had several dozen older cats, not tiny kittens that she needed rehomed.   She came up to inspect me/my house, got the OK but suggested I come look at the other cats she had -  and among them was Ms Mols who (they do say) picked me - rather than the other way about.

thinking about it, I think she worked for Cats Action maybe?  Regardless, all these organisations do a wonderful job.  More power to your elbow.

:welcome: to Purrs it is an addictive plaice and I do so agree how addictive they are - I am the Clan Cats and Dogs Resident parent - We currently have 46 of the little furry darlings mainly ferals and ex ferals but have some nice domestics and a Ragdoll - all rescue and the ones not for normal folks!  |They have their own pets the Clan Doggies, Jazz a Jack Russell who they think is a cat and her boys the Border Collies Sky and Sunny!

We do a lot of feral trapping - the joys of country living and taming down we even let some back to our outside crew of about 12 - now its dark a bit difficult to be more exact with numbers

Hello Pat - welcome to Purrs!  ;D :welcome:

Lanarkshire in Scotland eh?  We've got a lot of Scots members, so you're not alone.  Have you any puds or other pets living with you at the moment (we love to know about stuff like this  :))

Hope you enjoy the forum - check out the Auction.  ;)  There's a sleeping hubby attracting lots of interest.

Glad you've found us, I'm sure you'll enjoy it here.  It really is a very friendly forum with lots of friendly helpful advice, if ever needed, and of course lots of fun.

I do feel it my public duty to warn you though that it can be a teensy bit addictive  You have been warned  :evillaugh:
