Glad you've found us though, I'm sure you'll enjoy it here.  It really is a very friendly forum with lots of friendly helpful advice, if ever needed, and of course lots of fun.

I do feel it my public duty to warn you though that it can be a teensy bit addictive  You have been warned  :evillaugh:

Zebedee sounds gorgeous, would love to see pics of him when you get the camera sorted  :)

Hi everyone.
I'm so glad I have found this forum, been having a look around since yesterday and its looks like a really nice place :)
I have had my little kitten Zebedee for a little over 2 weeks now and he is completely gorgeous!!

He was rescued from a farmer who was going to drown him- we were told that they thought he was probably about 6 weeks old but we think judging by his size and development he was more like 4 weeks.

My dad worked in Africa and India for most of my childhood but we are Scottish so we rescued animals all the time when I was growing up( so we are very used to hand rearing all sorts of animals ) - so knew all the time and attention it takes.
I have been very ill over the last few years and was bed-bound for a long time, I am still house bound now, so this means that the little kitten has my undevided attention (when he wants it  :shify: ) and my mum works from home as she needed to be here to look after me.  So we knew we could offer him the kind of love and nurture he would need being such a little baby with no mum.

He is so good and is learning his litter training really well, with only a few little accidents, is very affectionate and his favourite spot to curl up is under my chin.  He loves faces and greets any new person who come to the house with purring and running up their arm to rub noses (so cute!!)

He is only just learning to play with things but is absolutely hilarious as he bounces everywhere now.

anyway that's me and Zebedee, I will go off now and have a look at the other sections, as there are certain things we are a bit rusty on and need advice :shy:
i'll post a picture soon- don't have any off the camera yet.
