Morris and Midge have now gone to their new home.........the couple are lovely and will spoil them rotten I'm sure  :Luv:  They were both very frightened bless them but I don't think the vet visit helped matters the other day.  I've left a carrier and blanket there with their scent on and I'm going to call round in a couple of days to see how they are.........I'm sure gonna miss these little fella's but happy that they've finally found their forever home  :Luv:  :Luv:

The gorgeous Morris finally forgave me at 2 o'clock this morning  :Luv:  :Luv: He let me give him a big fuss without him running away from me.  I'm just having another quick brew and then off to do the homecheck, had a good cry after discussing them going with Candice but I'm sure they'll settle down in a few days.  Hopefully they will get a fantastic new life with lots of cuddles and headbutts  :Luv:

Both have been a little nervous with me tonight........they went to the vets earlier for 2nd jabs and check up so it freaked them out a little bit  :'(  Midge has let me fuss him since coming home but Morris is staying well away, I'm hoping he will have forgiven me by tomorrow........if only they knew you are only trying to do what's best for them  :sigh:

I have just had an enquiry about these two babes and I will hopefully be doing a homecheck tomorrow  :yayyy:  The people sound fab, and they want these sweeties to be indoors which is brilliant as little Morris does only have one eye.  I will keep you posted.........ohhhh, I'm gonna miss these guys if they do decide they want them  :ahh:

Someone, somewhere has to fall in love with these two babes  :Luv:  Morris has sort of been reserved but by my youngster   ;D  I've had strict instructions he isn't allowed to be rehomed........we'll have to wait and see, but I'm sure if the right home comes along Craig will understand :)

Sadly they are still here  :(  The lady I mentioned them to decided it was better to have one rather than 2.........I can understand this as her other cat was still grieving so 2 may have been too much.  After some thought I decided to let Hugo go to her, he was a little intimidated here by Mini Soot and Big Soot, it did upset me letting him go but he's settled down a treat.  As soon as I let him out of the carrier he headbutted their dog who just happens to be called Sally Slapper.........I've got a Sally Slapper so it had to be fate  ;D  I also mentioned these guys to another lady but after seeing their pic, her young daughter was a little put off by Morris's eye which is a little sad, as he is such a sweetheart.  Anyway, my friend who works for the CP has mentioned another lady who is having some ferals for her stables from the CP shelter.  She also wants a couple of indoor babes and they've got nothing suitable at the moment as they need to be used to dogs.  Mine are all used to large dogs so these two may be ideal, so she's going to have a chat to her and see what she thinks.........I will let you know if I hear anything.

I fall in love with them all but sadly I can't keep too many of them.  It's lovely when they find their forever homes and they settle down, that's the rewarding side of things.

I really must stop looking at the rehoming pages.  I've fallen in love with these two - especially Midge.  Sadly I can't take them or I'd be beating a pth to your door.  I hope they find a lovely forever home soon.

Morris and Midge are two gorgeous babes  :Luv:  Sadly Morris had to lose and eye when he came into me as he had a really bad infection.  He's approx 7/8 months old, and neutered.  Midge was a semi feral but lately has become extremely loveable, he and Morris absolutely adore each other and would need a home together.  Midge is approx 11 months old, neutered and had his first Vaccinations.  They would make someone the ideal companions but will need a little time to settle down as they will be a little shy initially.  They are both great with other cats and will happily sit there and be fussed all day.  If you are interested in this pair, I ask for a voluntary donation so I can continue helping needy furbabes.  Please contact me on catrescueflintshire@f2s.com , these guys are in Flintshire, North Wales.
