I am sooo pleased that there are so many peeps here, hopefully some of the good work that CC did will continue here - I posted a plea about one of our cats who desperately needed a home on there, Kelly kindly offered to foster for us, and she was her first one, and she went to her new home on Sun thanks to our rehoming page. Without it, she would have still been moping in a cage as I couldn't bring her here.

I agree. I sent out almost 240 e-mails to all those CC members who provided an e-mail address. Of course many more members did not provide an e-mail address. 6 were returned as the mail address no longer exists.

It's great to 'see' so many of the old faces. My teenage son was looking over my shoulder earlier and asked what site I was on. I explained that catchat had closed down and so a lot of us had come over to this site, so he said "oh dear! You're not a super vip chatter anymore!" Cheeky little devil.

tonight we have had as many guests as members online, so I reckon peeps in other places may be wondering where the most of us are and what we are doing, so I hoping that each day the numbers will climb.

I think we have sent so many emails out any more may be construed by some as harassment.

Anyone who clicks to go back to the CC forum will find the link to here and that could be where the guests are coming from, I do hope that is so and they will register fast.

Yes, there was a whole bunch of posters on the FIV threads who rarely crossed over to the other Sections.? If only we had been given a few more days notice so that everyone who visited C.C.? regularly but not consistently, managed to find us all toasting our toes round this campfire.....all cosy and comfy.....and decided to bring all their money and goods over to us in time for Ron's Auction.? Maybe we can go and trample over their campsites!?

I got about 1000+ email addresses to put on the list admitidely not all of them were regualrs but I would say there were alot who were (at least ?)

I dont know, only how many that were registered but many reg and never came back. This afternoon we had 11 guests watching so hopefully if our info on FIV, Rescues and Health issues etc starts to become more used we will attract losts of peeps.
