As Helen says you will find lots and lots of really great info on this site and if there is anything you aren't sure about just ask and we will try our best to answer your questions.  Don't worry about asking anything (even if you think it seems silly) we never mock or sneer and we love nothing more than passing on our experience or advice - any excuse to talk cats and you just can't shut us up!  :rofl:

Now where did you say live ... I feel a cat napping mission coming on, Lyra is absolutely gorgeous!  ;)

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say Hello and that I am so glad to have found this site.  I've already picked up so much knowledge and feel more reassured that I'm doing the right thing by my baby.   I am a fairly new mummy to my gorgeous tabby, Lyra.  She is a rescue cat through the RSPCA and we can't believe how lucky we are to have her.  We are totally in love with her.
