I'm trying to find a good quality break-away collar for Lily.  She's really small and even at 18 months is still 18cm/7in around her neck (that's with 2 fingers underneath).  Usual adult cat collars are only adjustable down to 20cm and 2cm is a big gap for a little cat, so I really want to find a good fitting collar so she doesn't hurt herself.  Can anyone recommend a good website?
