Just checked Tree site and there's a message saying that they received over 70 emails about this cats and that she has "gone to a good home with a lady who works for the RSPCA" - was this anyone from here?

Lets just hope this lady was telling the truth and the poor girl can give birth somewhere safe and the kittens looked after.

The poster says thankyou for all the responses and apologises for not getting in contact with everyone personally.

Just wanted to add that I have heard nothing either.
The girl in Coventry who sent us a meaasge on our website did not get back last week so there's a lot of it about!

Oh well.......
The problem occurs when everyone replies at once and suddenly you can't move for pregnant cats running around (as of course you can't turn them away once you've initiated contact!).

In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

I know!

We've just taken in 13 kittens with various mums and we always try to get in pregnant cats, but maybe they have tried, although I would imagine, one rescue could help... at least i've mailed them, but you can't make people do things I guess. I just hoped that someone migh have space on here, but we're all pretty stretched at the moment!

It's from the Tree site...

"We took this cat in 2 weeks back as neutered after having her checked by our vet it turns out shes about 7 weeks pregnant! we have 4 adult cats and cant cope with kittens aswell so she is free if a good home is offered, she is 3yr old and longhaired ginger and black and will come with her cat carrier, litter tray, bed, blanket, food and water bowls, toys, brush, she is also flead and wormed"

Has any local rescue got space?

Jen x

I've removed the link, but PM me if you want the details

Ive mailed them to urge them to call the CP helpline and rescues in the area, but thought i'd post it here as well just in case.
