Oh how WONDERFUL!  She certainly has her place in kitty heaven. And in our hearts.

the bulk of the calls we get are for kittens,

Same here, I get 300 - 400 calls a month  for kittens just now. Usually we stop getting so many calls for kittens in about May when we start to get them in as not so many people are wanting them so people with mums and babes cannot find their own so called good homes.

That is wonderful, the bulk of the calls we get are for kittens, it is nice to hear of people considering the older cats.

A lady phoned and offered to adopt Wilfred after seeing him on our site. The write up was.  Wilfred is a true 'golden oldie' age 18, his callous owner moved to Scotland and left him in the Garden. he is a delight. Can you please find a little place in your heart so that he can spend his twilight years in a loving home. Should Wilfred need any vet care although it is by no means a certainty we will pay for anything that is age related.

What is a bonus is she is thinking of fostering also and has a huge garden and space for a pen.
