And the law does nothing to punish them - A good whipping is what they need at least - personally i think any cruelty done should have the exact same thing done to the person who inflicted the cruelty -regardless of age !

Why do people think it is ok to shoot cats ?
My neighbours cat was shot point blank in the top of his head a few years ago,
must have called him over and done it
