And on a brighter note. Just to cheer you all up.
Gracie, the last remaining kitten, continued to grow with leaps and bounds.
Called Grace after Grace Kelly, quickly renamed Gracie, after Gracie Fields! The absolute light of my life.
In love with everyone and everything. Outrageously spoiled and ofcourse seeing as she's "HUMAN MUMMY" expects this as normal practise.
After she has shredded every kitchen towell in sight, and I mean shredded into confetti, raced around like a whirling dervish. Taught Maisey Daisy (on another thread) all the BAD things she knows, she throws herself accross my neck, purring hughely and is fast asleep in seconds, for ages.
Of course, then I can't move either.
When Angie, her "second" mum, me being her third, comes, wherever she is, she comes running and throws herself at Angie. The only time she meets and greets like that is Me, Mum, (granny) and Angie, so I know without doubt that she remembers those first few weeks.
(Angie, ofcourse, pretends that this doesen't effect her in the slightest, "something in your eye Angie?")
Makes me just a teeny bit jealous ofcourse but then she remembers me to.
Full of life, what a sucess to all you out there struggling, this is what counts. We do make a difference, all of us.
