wish my lot ate bozita  :(

Have you tried the pate? Noah seemed to like the chunks in jelly, but that doesn't say much as a meal has to be vegan to be treated to the disgusted face.  :tired: Bozita pate however is often accompanied by a purr, an honour usually reserved for prawns and raw!

my lot will only eat the jelly or the sauce ones!      They turn up their Norwegian noses up at the pate!

I am waiting for an order despatched Saturday, but the courier named is not my usual one, otherwise I would have had it today, I'm sure

I wonder if they have changed couriers across the board

Have just checked A Coombs and although they show it when you click on Bozita it is showing non listed but thanks for the link Den.  So just now just trying to find a reliable place for it.

I actually bought my last lot from R L Pet products, the price on the website was £1 a carton (which is a good price anyway and cheaper than Zooplus) but if you buy in bulk and order over the phone you get a good discount. I can't remember exactly off the top of my head but think it was 89p a carton instead. It came really quickly and was well packed so top marks from me  ;D

Really odd. I phoed them and they said my Paypal cancelled the payment and I should have had an email. I don't have an email - also, checked my paypal account and there is nothing showing on it.  :shify: - I will reorder the ceramic dish but at least it means I don't have to pay for more renal food.

I bought my last lot of Bozita from K9 Capers, 10% off your first order if you sign up to the email newsletter and free delivery over £29 - at the time that made them cheaper than Seapets but that may well have changed. No complaints about the service and the order arrived promptly.

Edited to add: doesn't seem like Seapets sell the Bozita pate so I have remembered that wrong!!

Zooplus have actually put their prices up on Bozita and cut back on their range.        So much so that some varieties are now £1.16 per tetrapack.        You need to buy 54 of one variety or the limited variety packs to get the best price.     Unfortunately mine aren't keen on the ones in the variety packs.       Seapets and R & L I've used a lot previously.          Seapets are the cheaper though at 91p per tetrapack.      You do have to spend £29 to get free postage.

That seems odd - have you contacted them about it?  I always contact them by email and, fortunately, have never had the sort of response bunglycat has had.  On the odd occasion when there's been a problem with something, they've sent replacement items out no problem.

In the past when I've sometimes had emails telling me certain items are out of stock but they will ship the in stock items straight away and then send on the other items when in stock.  They've always ended up coming together though  :shify:

Well I am still waiting for an email to say it has been shipped. 11 days and counting. It wouldn't be so bad if they emailed to say they were waiting for stock or something. I don't think companies should be allowed to sell items they don't have in stock.

If you can't find anywhere else, I would give zooplus a go and see how you get on with them.  I have never had a problem with prompt delivery.   The only problem I have had is the packaging problem although that seems better now.  I order every 2-3 months and have done so for years and it has always come within 3-5 days.  My last order was in August and it came in 3-4 days.

I believe R & L pet products sell it -i think someone on here told me when i ask about it .
I tried the chicken one on mine -they ate most ,but weren''t over keen .

Just checked and they see it -£1 each -all different flavours -made try a few when i order my cat litter in the next couple of weeks.
They are very reliable , i can vouch for them.

OK have both vets concerned for the animals concerned giving me the go ahead of trying both Sophie and Domino on Bozita after taking in product information and them looking at zooplus's website.  Sophie's vet is saying she is not allowed the Reindeer flavour but should be OK with the other 3 flavours in the pate the chicken, herring and plaice, Domino's vet has said he is allowed any flavours but is worth a try as looks less processed than most of the foods that are available in the UK. :briggin:

Pretty sure Helen gave A Coombs a very good review when she got the boys supply of cat food.

but they are not as cheap as Zooplus

They are the only ones AFAIK that sell the ceramic fountains. I had originally ordered it for Clapton, but fancy trying them anyway. The pump went on one of the drinkwells last week so I thought rather than buy a new pump, I would rather pay the extra for the ceramic. The water is so hard here, it pits the plastic so I thought ceramic would be easier to clean with limescale remover.

Otherwise, I would have told them where to stick the order. I don't need the renal food anyway  :(

I posted this the other day on little house on the prarie thread .

Actually had to ring zooplus today as i still haven''t recieved the Almo nature cat food i ordered .
I was not happy with the girl i spoke to - she kept saying "but you signed for 2 parcels and its been sent !"
I tried to explain that yes, i had signed for 2 parcels , one that only had the thankyou tins in and then the other was the cat house .
She then said as i had signed for them there was nothing she could do !!??

I said the cat house was on its own in a proper sealed box with tape round it -where was the cat food ?
She then kept insisting i check with a neighbour ????

Why , i said would they give me one parcel and then take the other all the way round to a neighbour , so they could bring it back to me ???
She got very stroppy and kept telling me, that as i has signed for it they couldn''t do anything ! (there was 12 pouches thats gone missing somewhere , i am thinking there were 2 parcels in the van yesterday and he didn''t realise and only gave me one )

Anyway , with that , i ask to speak to a manager -she said they are busy -so i said , i don''t care how busy they are , i have 5 starving cats here
Anyway, she left me on hold and then came back 5 mins later and said -just this once we will send out replacements !
Why say just this once - i never received them in the first place  :censored:

I have no idea where the food is , all i know is i didn''t recieve it , but i am sure they didn''t believe me .

I was not happy with her attitude and had to stay calm although i was pretty angry with her

Its put me off ordering again now !

I've fallen out with them today too.

I bought a feliway plug in a while back, I thought it was working because Marble had got a bit better with Soap. I checked it today and it hadn't really gone down. I swapped over the adapter thingy with the water fountain and low and behold the adapter is faulty!!! Luckily I have another adapter because I upgraded water fountain this week so at least I now have enough working adapters but still...I'm not very happy.

I'm hoping that the Feliway will now improve Marble and Soaps relationship even more now its actually working!!
