Tell me about it Helen if its not one thing its another  :-:

Gillian I've been reading about the stress thing, this is what I think has triggered this off this time as Saturday we had friends over for dinner with their children and my god daughter was chasing Milo around the garden, I didn't think Milo was that bothered but in hindsight I think he must have been.

Herpesvirus does tend to recur, it will be dormant for a while, but stressful situations can cause it to flare up again. L-Lysine works well for some cats.

Well I followed my instinct and took Milo. The vet thinks Milo carries the herpes virus, as he can be a bit sneezy at times and he defiantly had conjunctivitis again which all amounts to this. This is also Milo's second eye infection in so many months.

We've got more Fucithalmic and they made a note on Milo's record that should I think he need it again within 6 months I can get it without seeing the vet.

Should it get worse or more frequent, then there is the option to get eye drops made up by Moorfields eye hospital but they will cost £600.

Jess isn't going to get it and at least vaccinating them both means it takes the severity away. But still my poor boy, he wasn't happy at all and hissed and growled at the vets which is something I've never heard Milo do before.

Yesterday Milo had a very watery eye, and it started to close up, we bathed it and it seemed better. Every now and then it looks a little glassy and a bit wet.

I don't know whether to pop him to the vets later or not. Milo is quite prone to eye infections which worries me.
