Well, this is the face of 42 year old Jasmine who volunteers for a CP branch. I gather this picture was taken after someone said they needed to rehome their cat.  :evillaugh:

Poor Cookie was rushed to vets this morning following a relapse after finishing medication on Friday. Andy thinks its Chlamydia which needs a months treatment with antibiotics rather than the 10 days she had; her temp was just under 106 but following metacam injection and more antibiotics she is now eating and playing again.

We have raised a good long Purr this morning.

When you touch her she salivates buckets, we just cant figure it; had another mass flea funeral this morning, I think she is much happier now.

Toilet, she had no idea what a litter tray was, yesterday took poop from bed and placed in tray with her so future poop was done in tray; during the night she ate the remainder of her dry food and did the biggest wee in her empty food bowl, bless her she is trying so hard to please. :Luv:

Cookie has seen vet this morning and is on antibiotics, eye cream and canuaral ear drops; Rebecca is concerned about the amount of salivation as she has no apparent mouth ulcers, her chest is fairly clear, the huge belly is worms we have already seen quite a few this morning.

Christine,
Cookie was supposedly found dumped about 20 miles from here, the finder passed her on to her friend last Saturday, this lady has cat of her own unvaccinated and didnt want sick kitten, also one who wees and poops everywhere. There are lots of big holes in the story I have been given so wont bore you with it. Lady bringing me kitten said she was in the market for a healthy one instead

Oh, she is just a darling, T.  :Luv2: She looks so fed up, bless her.  :) Obviously, she's not feral as she wouldn't be that quiet, so how'd she get in that state?  :shify: I'm sure after a few days of Auntie Teresa's special kitten pampering and polishing, she'll be as good as new.  :evillaugh:

Cookie is beautiful (really beautiful) and it is hard to think about the pain she has suffered in her short life.  Are you able to tell us her story?

Taken this little one in earlier and spent over 2hours cleaning the poor girl up,her ears were horrendous with big hard plugs of wax that were really hurting her,she has cat flu a huge wormy belly and enough fleas for all of us, She is around 10 weeks of age. I have started her on medication and vet trip in morning.
