Got this message from a very worried owner

hi All,

i moved houses and my cat has gone missing on Sunday (23rd May)from
Regent Street (off St. Albans rd in Watford).
He is a chocolate point siamese cross domestic short hair cat with blue
eyes, couple of white patches on his face and white socks.
He responds to his name (Muffin or Mufo), he is 5 years old,
microchipped and neutered.
Please let me know if you see him, as i am desperate to find him.
