People seem to be short fused around here lately  :-:

I have had cats done that lived up the street from me with their chav owner being none the wiser, with no come backs. It may not be right in the eyes of the law but its right in my eyes for the cat. And really I couldn't give a toss! if someones cat is coming into my garden and peeing all over everything well lets just say it doesn't last for long!

I had Sebi doing this an owned cat and unneutered, he used to come round full of battle scars and I felt really sorry for the little fella. I even took him to the vets for treatment to an infected eye, he was a lovely little fella too. People who choose not to give a damn about their cats should not have the right to kick off cos someone else has taken care of it.

I havent seen him since christmas last year but when he came to visit me he looked so lovely and well kept!

Personaily its all about the cats for me, I couldn't care less what their uncaring owners think!

Its not impossible is what Im saying  :)

CC: If MrsR's Mum got him neutered without the owners permission I'm pretty sure it would be classed as criminal damage as cats are viewed as property.

Hi guys my parents have an entire male spraying outside there house - any ideas on how to stop the smell or lessen it even as bleach scrubbing isn't working and I told my mum that you guys might have some ideas.

Odour Eliminator is the best thing I've found for smells - you can use it outside too. Some vets sell it, and you can get it online. There are lots of products called Odour Eliminator but this is the one I use by  Animal Care http://www.furrypharm.com/shop/item.asp?itemid=1097

Thats was so obvious MM, I feel stupid not saying that

But of course as we know that is not always easy to achieve and I am pretty sure that I have one coming into the house but never get a chance to see it!

A few people I know use a mixture of white vinegar and water but I've not tried it myself.

Pure lemon juice works for me - put it in a plant spray bottle and spray away.

Yeh - I'd scrub it with a solution of biological washing powder and then when it's dry spritz with some surgical spirit.  Can they move something (such as a planter) to the place he's using in an effort to deter him (after cleaning it)?  He may just choose somewhere else nearby, but if they can break the habit of him spraying where he is, he might choose someone else's house!
