Lola described perfectly! Not all tortis fit the mould but most do, certainly all the ones iv met have  :Luv2:

Cats mature past the growth stage so your seeing what she really is. This is why i prefer adult cats, they know what they are and so do i. Kittens often turn out the opposite of what they were when little, my lot all changed for the better, now they are approaching 3 they are really getting there  :Luv:

Mine follows me around the house. I'm always forgetting she's behind me when i'm washing up or cooking & nearly tripping over her but when you go to stroke her she'll grumble & move away from my hand.

I'm in agreement on this. Asteroid actually SHOUTS at us when she wants us to fuss her/feed her/fish out a toy she's purposely knocked under a sideboard. The others do it a little, but she has a yell at least once a day at her incompetent humans! ;) Tortitude!

With Daisy though, she'll go out of her way to give headbutts to other people, as if to make sure I know it's me she has a problem with, huffy little moo lol

I don't know if it's a torti thing or not Storm is my first experience of them, she can be all over me one min then not wanting to be stroked the next. I put it down to all the stress & changes she's had in the last 6 weeks or so but could be a torti thing. My tabby is a completely different temperament..

I've so never seen anything like that in my Daisy so far but it's all coming out in her now. When she's my friend she's the most affectionate cat I've ever seen. She's coming 2 tho so these might be her moody teenage years lol

My Daisy is a moody girl, only with me though. I have no idea what sets her off, but she can be fine and then an hour later she won't come near me. Usually she's my girl and mine only, hardly bothers with anyone else, but when she's in the huff with me she seems to go out of her way to give loves to everyone else lol. Then she comes back around as quick as she fell out with me. There's nothing that's changed to make her be like this as far as I can see, no food, cat litter changes or anything like that. None of the boys do it, just Daisy. Has anyone had this with their cats?
