Well it's been 1 week since we've had Molly - and she's settling in lovely.

Sully, bless his heart, has got used to another cat being on the scene and hardly hisses at her (which is very good for him after only a week!)

She clearly loves Jasper - as you can see from the photos of him and her on the cat tree, but below's a photo of them both on Friday morning (after Jasper had had a major cat fight and I'd dried him off

right, it's great that Jasper and Molly have made friends  :Luv: and bless that 'too old to play anymore' Sully  :) - you'll have to post a photo of him too.

here's a piccie of Sully - he's still young at heart and has bursts of playing ... especially following string along the ground!

Molly has such a lovely face  :Luv2:
your other kitty is very cute too, which one is that?  :Luv2:

That chap on the top of the tree is Jasper  ;D He's 6.5 years old and have had him 3.5 years. Before we got Molly he was the 'kitten' of the household, though is lovely as they're playing together as we always wanted a play mate for Jasper as his older brother (Sully @9years old) thinks he's 'too old' to play (but still loves a bit of string going across the floor!)

She's really settled in well - she's gained more confidence and is bounding around the house at all hours  :naughty:

Aw She's gorge!  Those big eyes....

We're just like you - having recently lost our bestest boy, we've decided that when the time is right (towards the end of the year), we're going to re-home another cat.

Makes it all feel a little less pointless, knowing that another cat has been saved from a horrible life, doesn't it?

Some of you might recall that we had to say goodbye to Ginny (she was 15.5 years old and had an in-operable tumor under her tongue). We have re-homed another cat as we felt ready to (plus the boys werent 'looking' for her no more).

We went to Venture Farm Cat Rescue in Mattishall in Norfolk (where we'd got Ginny from) and were on the verge of re-homing another old cat (even though we'd said we'd like a younger cat as we've gone through losing 2 old cats close together) when someone suggested this little bundle of joy!  :wow:

She's 5 months old, and is absolutely adorable! We got her last Saturday and Jasper is getting along fine with her, sniffed, bonked noses, and as you can see from the photo are even playing together! Sully, as we had expected, was rather 'hissy' to start with but he's calming down and only hissing at her when she darts past him - though she hisses back !!!

We'll always love Ginny and Suki and have photos of them everywhere, but we want to give cats homes that need homes and we just couldnt resist this little girl.
