Erm, couldn't think what title to give it, sorry
This isn't a particular problem (apart from the fact that cleaning the tray is a bit gruesome!) but I'm just curious.
When Geoffrey goes for a wee outdoors, he squats right down and wees into the ground.
But when he's using a litter tray indoors, he stands up and sprays hard towards the back. Because he was weeing over the top of the original trays I had, I replaced them with covered ones, and he still does it in these...he sprays so hard that it leaks through the join between the top and bottom piece of the tray, making cleaning an absolute joy
They now have one tray as they usually go in the garden, it's upstairs in our en suite behind a discreet little wall, but he was doing it previously wherever the tray was.
Like I say, it's not a particular problem, I'm just curious really as to why he would behave like this? Anyone got any ideas?
