I think this is because only responsible pet owners and people who genuinely love their pets look into getting them done. The people who let their cats have litter after litter obviously don't care about their animals welfare. Do these type of people even know about charities and the services what you provide? That sounds a little harsh but I think thats the reason why.

NEUTERING CAMPAIGN

Although we still have 22 days to go I have already issued 82 vouchers for neuters/spays  and the owners only has to pay £5 each, although in some circumstances I even offer to pay the £5.

I bet we don't see or hear of  a reduction in the number of kittens born this year. Surly soon we must see the benefits of our efforts.
