Thank you so much for your help - think overall felix sounds the best, to be honest when I opened the whiskas just looking at it I knew it looked rich...!!
I am going to try felix until they are a little older and not so prone to upset bellys!! and then try a better quality food such as natures best...
but for the time being they can have felix wet and science plan dry so I know they are getting everything they need!!

They have had no problems today, they had poached chicken breast for breakfast and it seems to have done the trick....and settled their stomachs.

Thankyou  :thanks:

Out of the supermarket foods i prefer felix to whiskas, as it seems less rich and causes less problems. Depending on your kittens ages you could swap them to adult food as thats not so rich.

Natures menu is quite rich so i would still introduce it gradually

James Wellbeloved, Royal Canin, Purina and Hills are all good dry food.

If you look on Zooplus you can get a lot of good quality german wet foods really cheaply. I haven't tried it myself yet but Animonda do a wet kitten food that is 100% meat and only £2.90 for 6 x 200g tins which works out at 24p per 100g!  ;D http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/cats/canned_cat_food_pouches/animonda/cans/53375

Xanthe is fine on Nature's menu, Binky had to be swapped from whiskas to felix as whiskas upset his tum. Hope you find one to suit your kittens!

Whiskers contains a lot of additives and can be a bit rich for some kittens, Natures Menus didnt agree with my Bengal kittens bit they are find on Felix in Jelly.

I hope their little tummies are better soon xx

Which kitten food???

Please can I have some advice, tips, feedback..... on kitten food!!

When I got them they were on asda own brand, and not to mean snobby I didn't think this was the best for them
so I have slowly transfered them over to whiskas, but the different flavours seems to have upset their stomachs a little bit.
I didn't even really want to use whiskas, but looking at hills science plan and natures best its double the price and having two can get expensive, although I am not really too worried as we can afford it....but now I am scared of changing their food again??!!!

They are free feeding on hills science biscuits and seem to like them, but are now leaving the whiskas (apart from poulty flavour)
so I have been giving them poached chicken today instead.

Do you think its safe to just put them straight onto natures best, as I don't want to make them ill swapping and changing their
food as they are only two months old.

what do you think?  :tired:
phew, thanks   :)
