Reminds me of the kiddies toilet stool we put by our bath for dear old Buster to be able to climb in and drink from the tap, long may Blip enjoy her ramp

I knew that Blip would receive the very best to aid her spondylitis

Yes.  This way, she won't have to jump at all or put any stress on her back :)

Perhaps you could build Blip a Royal bridge

Now, you had no way of knowing this, Teresa, but our wonderful builder is making a little ramp for Blip so that she doesn't have to climb into her new catflap from the outside  :Luv:

A ramp, wonderful idea, and fitting for royalty to be sure  ;D

I only hope Poot behaves as well in a few weeks time when our lounge windows are replaced

Bless her! but being truly royal there's no way she'd want paint on her paws  :Luv:  :evillaugh:

We've had a lot of painting done this week - primarily the new sills, the corresponding window ledges and the masonry around the new windows.  I was rather worried about Blip jumping on the bathroom, kitchen and living room window ledges while the paint was wet but she has been good as gold and not gone near them  :Luv2:

The only concerns now are the thresholds of the patio doors, which I have carried her over once already this afternoon (like a bride  :evillaugh:) but I'm hoping if we can do that once more this evening, by tomorrow Blip's weight won't upset the surface of the paint.

Presumably Blip's scruplulous avoidance of the drying paint is not her super-feline thoughtfulness but rather the strange smell.  Still, it's working  ;D
