I know this one has been circulated before, but I also know it's a very important subject for those of us with cats that have access to outdoors beyond a cat=proof garden, so please take a moment to check it out, and sign.

I signed this a few weeks ago too, but if it helps Sue at mymoggy did get something sorted with the council in her area
