Here's the report of a poor cat that has been found in Belvedere decapited and it's tail missing.

I hope they catch that murderer quickly

Please god let them catch him and please let the courts give him a proper punishment such as putting him in a soundproofed room with a few of us. How, when most people are so wonderful, do we sometimes spawn useless, foul, evil filth like this?  :censored:
