Title: A Tesco Delivery Man's Tale of Woe
Post by: Rosella moggy on November 11, 2014, 16:03:02 PM
Dinah greeted him at the door and he said,

"Our cat Milo looks just like her but with a smudge on his nose.  He is about two and a half.  We also have his brother who is aged 18 months (so I assume not from a rescue  :innocent: )

I don't get to cuddle the wife as often as I used to as they jump on her lap as soon as she sits down  :sigh:

I wanted a dog ............ now we have two cats ............ "

"Yeh" I responded "that's the way of things"

The Tesco Man, who drives the Van
In which my groceries sat -
He heaved a sigh as he passed by
And eyed my puddy cat
"He’s mighty fine – looks just like mine"
He muttered as he slogged
"Cant hug the wife to save my life"
I’d rather have a dog……

   Sue that is brilliant.

On a side note all the Tesco drivers have a chat about my dog, as his pretty odd looking - a black Westie (his a Cairn x).

my Tesco delivery men are well used to my cats - if they're out in the enclosure I want the delivery at the front, and if they're indoors I want it round the back

9 times out of 10 they make the wrong choice when parking the van

That's cos they're all planning how to get a dog like Purdy's got.  ;)
