Been contacted by email regarding this matter.
Three cats abandoned in what sounds like a council property. Two unneutered males and a pregnant female.
The female doesn't look especially old. The person who emailed me is trying to care for the cats with another neighbour who was left a key from what I can tell.

OMG! If it is council property, you only have couple of weeks before you have to hand the keys back..(well, the Councils in the West Midlands anyway!) :( Hope someone can help........

Yes the keys will need to go back within two weeks. The council should be able to arrange a rescue to take them though. Normally the RSPCA - not everyone's fav but they deal with abandoned animals in council property normally!
