Hi all,

just to say that we received a vat rebate today, our first one going back over the last 4 years.
Took a while, a little bit of work, but well worth it. So if you don't do it, think about it and if you want to chat I'm happy to do so.

yes its very much worth doing although we had to argue ours all the way. wish I had come to the rescue room first and seen your post Angie!
We should have over £20K new pen block here we come  :wow:
