STOP PRESS - Save a Life III now out!

If you haven't seen the previous videos then here they are too  ;D

Save a Life I  http://www.youtube.com/v/J3sLR8LeBYA

Save a Life II  http://www.youtube.com/v/D6oUO_3k76Y

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Is it that time of year already?! I can't believe it either but the Purrs draw has been running for nearly two whole years now

£3048.40 donated to Purrs cat rescues
£1313.00 given to members as monthly prizes
£728.70 given to members as annual prizes

You can pay monthly - £2 a month.

Or annually - £24 a year.

For those that paid annually your renewal will be due by 20th August 2011, I know that's a fair way off yet but forewarned is forearmed  :)  If you pay by monthly standing order but asked for the payments to end after X number of months then you will need to contact your bank to renew them. If you asked for the standing order to be open ended then it should continue as normal  :) Purrs is an inflation free zone so the tickets remain at just £2 a month, that's £24 a year.

The easiest way to pay is to set up a monthly standing order with your bank, this is totally safe/secure, only YOU can change the amount or frequency. Payments in advance may be paid by cheque, bank transfer, paypal using a debit or credit card or by annual standing order/paypal regular payments.

ANNUAL ONE OFF BANK TRANSFER
- Purrs bank details are here: http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,26287.msg599223.html#msg599223

ANNUAL PAYPAL
- You can use our paypal donations button at the bottom of our forum to make an annual payment and use the "notes text on the paypal page" to say it is for the Purrs draw fundraiser with your name and Ticket ID name.  Please note -  For paypal payments, you will need to add 3.4% plus 20p on top of your total payment to cover fees and ensure that all of the ticket money can be given out in donations/prizes so as an example the yearly payment would be £25.02.

ANNUAL CHEQUES
- Please make cheques payable to "Purrs In Our Hearts" and pop a note to say it is for the Purrs draw fundraiser with your name and Ticket ID name - the postal address is: Tanya Chambers, 10 Stag Close, New Milton,Hampshire, BH25 5GD :thanks:

ANNUAL STANDING ORDER - Purrs bank details are here: http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,26287.msg599223.html#msg599223

MONTHLY STANDING ORDER
- Completely safe/secure, only YOU can change the amount or frequency and of course cancel - Purrs bank details are here: http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,26334.0.html

MONTHLY PAYPAL
- Please contact Tan to set this up... Please note -  For paypal payments, you will need to add 3.4% plus 20p on top of your total payment to cover fees and ensure that all of the ticket money can be given out in donations/prizes so as an example the monthly payment would be £2.27

If for whatever reason you do not want to continue your membership we would be grateful if you could let us know that you will not be renewing as Tan has a very complicated spreadsheet for it all and it would just make our lives so much easier

I'll be sending a PM to all current members closer to the time but feel free to post here if you have any queries, after the renewal frenzy is over this thread will be merged with the long standing draw chat thread.

A huge  :thanks: to each and every one of you who is part of this  :Luv2:

A list of winners and amounts can be found here: http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,32371.0.html (http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,32371.0.html)

All this is achieved from £2 a month donated by our fantastic members  :)

...and this is why we are doing it

 :wooooo: great,  :thanks: Simon  :)

Yep, yours was an annual ticket so you can either do another annual ticket (by August 20th 2011) or switch to monthly - whatever you prefer  :)

Not sure, I may just pay it then it is done but this gives me plenty of time to decide!

 :thanks: Dawn

Not at all - if anyone wants to switch from yearly to monthly or vice versa that's no problem at all  ;D

You can have it coming out on whatever day suits you, I have mine coming out on the first day of the month straight after payday so I don't even notice it.

Your current annual ticket is up to and including the July 31st draw so if you decided to switch to a monthly ticket you'd need to have the standing order set up before August 20th in time for August 31st draw. You can have it starting on any day of the month so whatever suits you best.

Eg

1st August >>> 31st August draw
1st September >>> 30th September draw

OR

21st July >>> 31st August draw
21stAugust >>> 30th September draw

OR

20th August >>> 31st August draw
20th September >>> 30th September draw

Hope that makes sense!

Exact figures to be announced very shortly  ;D

Yep!  ;D For a monthly ticket you just set up a standing order from your account to the Purrs account on or before the 20th of each month. Tell us what you'd like your ticket to be called and I will send the quarterly e-ticket to the email address you registered with Purrs. Tan prints out the physical ticket at Purrs HQ and places it in the lucky plastic tub. Then you just need to keep fingers and paws crossed for the draw each month - that's it!  :wow:

I think the relevant bit re standing order is .....

To pay monthly we ask that an automatic payment scheme be set up, either by Bank standing order or by Paypal regular payments using a card or paypal account.

Standing order details ~ http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,26334.msg461781.html#msg461781  The date to set up the standing order shall be on or before the 20th of the starting month and monthly thereafter. If there is a an extra details option with your bank, please can you pop "Purrs Draw" and your Ticket ID name if possible.  :thanks:

 :)
