Do you have the rescue's permission to post this request? Yes
Do you take full responsibility for co-ordinating the transport run?Yes
(eg. ensuring that all volunteers have contact details of the rescue and others involved in the run, and know changeover times, locations, etc.)
Who legally owns the animal during transport?The Rescue
Is Liability Insurance in place? Not sure, would have to check with your own companies
Will paperwork/documentation be passed on with the animal? Handover form
Are fuel costs are available? Sadly no
*****Please note, documentation MUST be available for the individual/organisation to sign to relinquish the animal and transferred to each volunteer to hand over to the receiving party. We always recommend that a copy be kept by the rescue co-ordinating the run.*****

Any known medical issues:None other gets a runny bum sometimes
Any known behavioural Issues:None
Any other information: Not happy living with bouncy dog
We have had a offer to get her from Staffordshire to Rushden on the 12th of July but would really like to try and get her to rescue sooner rather than later if possible

Just needed for Tues or Weds

we had another offer so we need either someone to take from keele services to m1 junction 19, on tues or wed or someone to take from keele services to m5 junction2, this one much shorter journey can anyone help please

oh my gosh she is gorgeous. reminds me of our much missed pewter persian Shady. sadly I'm the wrong end of the country to help. Hope you get some help for her soon
