We are opening our doors to supporters on Saturday 4th December 2010 between 1pm and 5pm to raise much needed funds for the rescue. We are currently in dire straits and have extensive vet and food bills with very little funds to pay for them.
Visitors will have a chance to meet some of the current residents at the Inn and learn more about the rescue work that we do and how the money raised will go to help many more cats in need.
The social will include a raffle plus cat gifts and toys etc and other fun games. Perfect for Christmas presents.
Mince pies and a glass of mulled wine is included in the admission charge.

Admission is £5 for adults and £2.50 for children (includes refreshments).
We look forward to seeing you or if you can't make it then a donation would be greatly appreciated. We hate to ask, but we do really need your help to survive.

Oh no, i won't be able to come! :( I've had a hospital appointment come through in Birmingham for that day at 12 noon (can't believe a Saturday appoinment!) and daren't cancel it-it's for the results of a brain scan i had on 16th September!!! :Crazy: Hope it goes really well and you raise lots of dosh for the wonderful Paws Inn :hug: :hug:

Oh goodie - its on a day when I can come so I'll be there. Is it pay at the door or do we need tickets in advance.
I'll see if I can get OH to come as well to see the lovely kitties. ;)

It is pay at the door Carol. I am normally in charge of wrestling entrance fees out of people in exchange for food and drink!! So pleased that you can make it.
I think your doctors appointment is far more important Shirley, but the cats will miss you. We will eat a mince pie in your honour - and perhaps have a glass or two of mulled wine!

I would love to come, but have a tennis match for the team that day :( :(

May be able to come after all-if i can scrape up the petrol,lol! Hospital appt was brought forward to yesterday with not the best of news, i'm afraid! :'( Also, just before i went, Chuch scratched my face and eye, resulting in a visit to A & E after the 'brain' appt! He's torn the tissue covering the white of my eye :sick: so have to go back tomorrow for a check..'sigh' Cats, who'd 'ave 'em! :scared:

The boys would like to buy their tickets (and one for me) as usual this year. Sadly I'm working again but in this climate I won't moan as I'm grateful to have a job!
Is there a way of donating online? Paypal or nochex? Don't do cheques!

Hope it's a fab day and lots of dosh is raised, Paws Inn currently has over 50 cats/kittens looking for homes - by my calculations that's 150 odd pouches, over 12 boxes, of cat food every single day :Crazy:
Will be buying my tickets after payday and we'll be there in spirit :hug:

I unfortunately can't make it - I am either Christmas shopping, fundraising or both!! Will be sending some money though, and really disappointed, as it was a fab day last time.
