Title: REHOMED - Houdini and Curtis
Post by: Dee on November 23, 2006, 14:16:03 PM
Houdini and Curits have been in rescue since they were 4 weeks old and sadly there has been little interest in them.  They are gorgeous friendly boys.  They are vaccinated and castrated and approx 7 months old now.

They came into rescue with cat flu, issolated to their eyes, and the vets said it is a possibility that this may reoccur during periods of change or stress, but this is likely to become less  as they grow and their immune system improves.  They have had no bouts of this for 3 months now.

They are in Kings Lynn, Norfolk and i would prefer them rehomed in ot around this area, but potential homes further afield would be considered.

Rehoming is subject to a homecheck and a minimum donation of £50.00 per cat.

When he was tiny he squeesed throught the bars on a dog cage they were in.  My husband said Houdini has escaped and it stuck.

It is heartbreaking isn't it that we can find homes for so few cats? When we take cats in the previous owners usually say you will have no trouble homing them, if only.
The two pictured under my name I think are stunning yet not one person has even inquired about them.

I agree Ela, we have had some lovely cats that have been with us for way too long this year - Alfie had been with us for quite a while (I dont know just how long), and people did seem him when they came looking at others, but as soon as we put his pic up on the rehoming page we had about 6 enquiries in a week!!!

My goodness Ela if I had been looking for cats and saw those two, they would have had an immediate home, as would Houdini. :'(

Sadly there has been no interest in these 2.

I won't rehome them over the christmas period, so if there is no interest by the end of this week I will keep them here until the new year.

However if a suitable home comes forward I will reserve them until the new year.

They are super boys.
