Title: Transport from Swansea, now The Severn Bridge, Bristol. (Sorted, Thank you)
Post by: Purrrrfect (Shelly) on April 05, 2010, 19:39:15 PM
Whilst looking for a Persian for a friend i was given a link to a rescue way up in Pembrokeshire.
When i went to look at the site i instantly fell in love with a little Red & White Persian male called Fudge.
He along with 2 others had to leave their owner who had developed Parkinsons and can no longer care for her 3 Persians. The 3 cats are currently in foster care but after a lengthy chat with a lady from the rescue i have said i will adopt Fudge. She said her transporters can get him to Haverfordwest, Carmarthen, Swansea. So i am looking for anyone that can transport him from Swansea we are happy to take a drive to pick him up from a transporter.
I have not put an end location because i'm not expecting him to be delivered on a silver platter. lol  ;D

If anyone can help i would be very grateful. Thank you.

The rescue has contacted me and have said a Transporter can meet at The Severn Bridge, which i believe is Bristol. They will be doing that run at the weekend. If no one can help then hubby and i will have to drive up there ourselves.

Thank you hunni, This is now sorted hubby took a drive to Severn bridge and picked Fudge up 2 weeks ago Sunday coming. When he finally got home (i stayed home to feed the little one) i was totally in shock at the size of him lol he's huge! He puts my big boy Dylan to shame. lol He travelled back well and settled in from day one. He stepped out of the crate, looked around and looked up as if to say "I'm home" He's a cheeky happy little chap and is always pleased to see me when i come in or even if i just go upstairs lol

He sure is  ;D and he's a little tinker too. With that face he can get away with anything. He was well worth the wait.  :Luv:
