Hello,
Just thought I would say hi!
I am over from Cat Chat...
I am hoping to get a couple of lovely rescues soon, I am going to the local CPL next week and hopefully finding some FIV+ babies to give a home to. I am getting very excited about it! and have started ordering toys (I can't help myself). I have ordered Da bird and some other bits from here as a start, but had my fiance hovering over me making sure I didn't order too much, but as soon as the cats are here, I am sure even he won't be able to stop me going mad on the toys!
They will be my first 'independently owned' cats since I moved in with my fiance and out of my mums house, but I have had cats around since I was 2! They have always been slightly mad rescue cats and I am sure I will post some photos of their lovely faces at some point!
I am sure I will be asking lots of questions...

I have just checked and I only have one picture of the terrible trio that own me and my mum, and that is mazza

we don't know how old he is, as he has lost nearly all his teeth, when we got Kwamie and Dog as pets (who were semi-feral rescues) he became their friend and was obviously a stray so we looked after him as best he would let us until he turned up covered in blood and cigarette burns and disappeared for 1-2 months! when he came back, he was in a very sorry state and we managed to gain his trust and build him back up to health! He has some brain damage, his jaw has healed malformed and twisted and he only has two canine teeth but he is the soppiest, sweetest boy anyone could wish for! as soon as you say his name, he starts purring and he loves playing and gumming your hands!
I will take a pic of the rest of the gang soon as I can, as I love these guys, they are pretty amazing cats!

Glad you've found us, I'm sure you'll enjoy it here.  It really is a very friendly forum with lots of friendly helpful advice, if ever needed, and of course lots of fun.

I do feel it my public duty to warn you though that it can be a teensy bit addictive  :Crazy: You have been warned  :evillaugh:

Mazza is gorgeous and can't believe what he went through at the hands of so called humans  :( Poor boy :care:

I bet you can't wait until next week - good on you for giving not one but two FIV+ cats a home  ;D Lookingforward  to seeing pics when they arrive  :wow:

Mazza is gorgeous and by the sounds of things a very lucky boy to have found you and your mum and got away from the evil  :censored: who had mistreated him so badly.

Thank you for the warm welcome! Dont worry I will probably overload you with pictures soon enough!
I will hopefully be able to take some pictures of Mazza's friends Kwamie and Dog on Sunday, so expect more cuteness!  :evillaugh:
I can't wait for the cat toys to arrive and I dont even have cats yet!!! I may have to donate a couple to the terrible trio and test drive them  :Luv:
