Title: Cedric - black longhair male cat - approx 2-3yrs - West Kent/E Sussex area (Staying with fosterer)

Cedric was picked up as he appeared to be living as a stray. His coat was matted and he was unneutered. Sadly, no owner has come forward to claim Cedric so this beautiful boy is now up for rehoming.

Cedric is a large, all black, long-haired male cat, aged 2-3 yrs old. Since coming into our care Cedric has been neutered, microchipped, dematted and has had the first stage of his vaccination.

Cedric would prefer to live on his own without other cats and dogs. He is friendly but having had to survive on the streets he can be a bit wary so we think he would be best suited to an adult only household or to a quiet family with older children.

Cedric has a thick coat which will need combing daily, especially during the winter, to prevent it becoming tangled and matted.

Please note we can only homecheck within West Kent or East Sussex.

Cedric is still with us.  He is not an easy cat to rehome - very grumpy! - but because of his coat he can't be homed as a feral either.  I think he may just stay (sigh!) although still hoping for a masochist in search of a cat with character...
